Sorry, we do not offer refunds on Custom Orders. Stock Items can be returned with a Returns Authorisation within three days of original purchase. Return Authorisations will be issued only for undamaged stock in its original state and packaging at the buyer’s expense.

We do not guarantee any colour matching or exact colour print. If you want precise pantone matching you will need to inform us of this at the time of order. However, ink reacts differently on different print papers and if ordering products on differing medias there may be slight differences; and this should be taken into consideration. If you don’t see an order confirmation at the time of order, or you do not receive an email confirmation your order may not have processed correctly. Please contact us immediately in order that we can check to see if your order and payment have been processed.
For custom orders - once printing is started there is no way to cancel or resell it to another customer.These are our standards terms. Please keep this in mind as when you approve artwork and place order, the order cannot be cancelled. Should you for some reason, not be happy with the artwork that we have produced then you should not approve the artwork with ourselves. For stock items we offer a full refund (see Returns Policy).
Orders before 4.30 p.m. will go into production within 1 hr. This is the only time that an order may be changed. Orders after 4.30 p.m. will not go into production until the following day and will be in production by 10.00 a.m.
When you checkout on the website your order will be placed on the system and an email receipt forwarded to you. This is your confirmation that your order was submitted onto our system.
We ask for your email address to allocate you space on our server for your designs, files and orders. If you don’t want to share your private email address you can use a work email address or obtain a free email address from any of the online email services. The information is retained on our secure server with your project files
